Participative finance solutions for businesses and individuals
Participative finance has now become a fully integrated component of Morocco’s national financing ecosystem, complementing existing financial instruments. In this context, the participative window DAAMA TAMWIL was established by Tamwilcom to support the development of this segment.Launched in June 2020, DAAMA TAMWIL aims to improve access to participative financing for both businesses and individuals through dedicated guarantee and co-financing mechanisms.By securing transactions and strengthening trust among stakeholders, TAMWILCOM - through its participative window DAAMA TAMWIL - helps stimulate productive investment and supports the country’s economic momentum.
Through its participative window DAAMA TAMWIL, TAMWILCOM works to expand access to participative financing by providing tailored guarantee and co-financing mechanisms.
This initiative helps secure financing operations, support partner institutions and strengthen the ability of VSMEs to mobilise funding aligned with their investment needs. It also reflects TAMWILCOM’s broader mission to foster economic development and promote financial inclusion.
The participative window DAAMA TAMWIL offers a range of guarantee schemes and co-financing instruments, all of which have received a Sharia compliance opinion from the Supreme Council of Ulema (CSO).
For businesses, it provides two guarantee schemes dedicated to VSMEs - Damane Moubachir and Damane Dayn - as well as a co-financing facility, Tamwil Chamal, supporting companies operating in the Tanger-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region.
The participative window also offers two guarantee schemes for individuals - Fogarim Iskane and Fogaloge Iskane - designed to facilitate access to participative home financing.
